Black Bean Brownies

Deliciously moist and fudgie Black Bean Brownies are the perfect snack!

  • Blender
  • 15 oz Black Beans
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Refined Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Agave or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Optional)
  1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts.
  2. Pour into a greased pan or pan with parchment paper.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  4. Sprinkle some chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until fully cooked.
