Black Bean Brownies
Deliciously moist and fudgie Black Bean Brownies are the perfect snack!
- Blender
- 15 oz Black Beans
- 1/4 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Refined Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Agave or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Optional)
- Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour into a greased pan or pan with parchment paper.
- Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Sprinkle some chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until fully cooked.
